①The cholinergic muscarinic receptors of some parasympathetic nerves and some sympathetic postganglionic fibers are excited, resulting in smooth muscle contraction, gland secretion, increased pupil contraction, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other muscarinic symptoms

②The motor nerve and muscle junction cholinergic nicotinic receptors are excited, and muscle fiber tremor or convulsion (spasm) occurs; severe poisoning or late poisoning turns into nicotinic symptoms such as muscle weakness or muscle paralysis

③ The intersynaptic cholinergic receptors of central nervous system cells are excited, causing functional disorders to start with exciting symptoms such as headache, dizziness, restlessness, delirium, etc. In severe cases, speech disorders, coma and respiratory center paralysis occur

④ In the circulatory system, muscarinic symptoms such as heart rate slowdown and blood pressure drop may appear, and nicotinic symptoms such as blood pressure rise and heart rate increase may occur.
